This is the 48th year the pop-up shop has been held and the volunteers who run it on behalf of 40 charities are looking forward to another bumper result. The shop is open in St Mary’s Church, Shrewsbury, which has recently been named as the first Conservation Church in the country.
There are thousands of cards with hundreds of designs, along with calendars, diaries and wrapping paper on sale until Saturday 6th December. The shop is open from 10.15am until 4.15pm every day except Sundays.
Visitors to the shop can also enjoy the church itself with its new interpretation boards and surprise dialogues coming from hidden places as well as the new cafe that has recently opened.
