A new movement and wellness studio is set to open at Ellesmere’s newly-refurbished Fullwood Business Park.
Danni Evans, the owner of High Aerial Studio Limited, has completed the letting of Unit 4 at the Grange Road site, which will be home to LOW. STUDIO.
Specialising in reformer pilates, the new venture will also provide other movement-based classes, including pilates and yoga, as well as an independent training zone.
Danni said Unit 4, which extends to 2,486 sq ft, quickly appealed to her as the ideal venue for LOW. STUDIO.
She said: “It just had the right feel straightaway. We used to have a gym in Ellesmere, Basecamp, which a lot of people in this area will know all about. This is my comeback. I am building a team of instructors and we will offer reformer pilates and other movement-based classes.
“We are also collaborating with other businesses in the area, including having coffee provided by Iron & Fire in Shrewsbury,”
Toby Shaw handled the letting of Unit 4 for Towler Shaw Roberts.
He said: “Fullwood Business Park has undergone a substantial refurbishment programme to create an attractive and welcoming environment.
“Its units, which range from 900 sq ft to 12,260 sq ft, are proving very attractive to a wide range of sectors, and benefit from an excellent location on the edge of Ellesmere town centre in an established mixed commercial and residential area.
“We are delighted to have completed a letting to Danni Evans and wish her every success with LOW. STUDIO, which is another welcome addition to Fullwood Business Park.”
