Galliers new customer care team

Three new members of staff have been appointed by expanding house builder Galliers Homes to enhance the service provided to new residents.

Debbie Adams, who has been working in the construction industry for 15 years, has been recruited to head up the company’s growing customer care department.

She joins two other recent recruits who have come on board to strengthen this area of Galliers operations. Mark Leese has been taken on to head up maintenance, providing a direct response to new residents, and Chloe Richardson is the firm’s new customer care apprentice and will be supported through her Level 2 NVQ.

Debbie will be responsible for gathering data and personal feedback from all new customers of Shrewsbury-based Galliers who build homes throughout Shropshire.

”I am pleased to be joining this thriving family-owned business and look forward to expanding the department, operating in partnership with the National House Building Council this year,” said Debbie, who has previously overseen customer care for building contractors working for Stafford Borough Council and Cannock Chase Borough Council.

“This is a very exciting opportunity and I am proud to be part of a highly polished, knowledgeable team who work tirelessly to provide first class, quality customer interaction and service.

“Customer care within the construction industry has evolved in the last fifteen years into a well-respected and highly valued addition to any company.

“Galliers New Homes encourage all departments to share best practice with a common goal and our aim is to ensure that the customer always comes first.”
