An estate agent from Shropshire is heading to the bright lights of London to showcase the best property that the area has to offer after a record-breaking start to the year.
Woodhead Sales and Lettings in Oswestry are inviting people to get in touch if they would like their property featured at the exhibition – because property is selling so quickly that more homes are urgently needed.
Kate Howell, owner of Woodhead Sales and Lettings based in Oswestry town centre, said: “We are enjoying an exceptional time for sales at the moment.
“We sold 17 properties last week, which is the second time in the last two months when we have had record-breaking weeks.
“Houses are selling so well that we are very keen for people to get in touch if they are considering putting their property on the market, and our London exhibition is a fantastic opportunity for our vendors to show off their properties to potential investors.
“The exhibition is all about raising the profile of Oswestry and Shropshire and talking to people to compare the type of properties in our area to what they are used to in London.

The exhibition will take place on Friday July 3 and Kate is also in the process of organising another event at the end of September.
