Building work is currently underway for a stunning new collection of houses by leading Shrewsbury developers, Morris Homes.
The private development will host 11 exclusive homes ranging from four to five bedrooms and is located in one of Shrewsbury’s most desirable residential areas, The Mount, and benefit from being within walking distance of the town centre.
The detached properties will each be beautifully designed and finished to Morris Homes’ high quality specification, generously proportioned, combining modern day living with traditional home comforts.
In the four bedroom properties, a log burner will provide the centrepiece for cosy winter nights whilst the French doors in the kitchen will open out into the private, landscaped garden. In addition, the five bedroom properties will provide impressive family space with generously sized living rooms, two en-suite shower rooms and a spacious family bathroom.
Plot 5 at Beaufort Ridge will sit at the top of the development and is laid out over three floors boasting individual features exclusively for this home. The four bedroom property will host a separate dressing room adjoining the master bedroom, a Juliette Balcony on the ground floor and on the lower level, a games/store room and garden room to name only a few of the features.
Philippa Bason, Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Morris Homes, said: “We are truly excited about this development as it incorporates everything people are looking for in modern day living, beautifully proportioned and appointed homes in a desirable location with easy access to the town centre”.
