Eric the Turkey is ruffling a few feathers again this Christmas – this time pumping up the festive volume as a DJ.

The talented festive fowl, who has somehow managed to avoid the oven on December 25 for more than a decade, hopes to capture new fans with his latest adventure as ‘DJ Feathers’.

Eric is the creation of Adrian Hill, the fun-loving technology manager at Morris Lubricants in Shrewsbury and his fictional band, Jingle and the Bells.

Fans across the country wait with bated breath every December for his latest Christmas video instalment. Now the wait is over, as the video has gone live at https://youtu.be/IqLyfFdIzps?si=0CKZ7pzuSHI4EONf .

Eric has come a long way since escaping the farmer’s chopping block 12 years ago and has celebrated his freedom with all sorts of festive adventures – courtesy of his best mate, Adrian.

This year, Eric is enticing people to flock to the dance floor with his rhythmic music as DJ Feathers an” has his fans in a spin!

Explaining the inspiration for the video, Adrian said: “Every year I go to at least one all day rave with my good friend, Mike, where a wide demographic get to dance and enjoy music together. This is a homage to our annual outing.

“Coincidently, Eric loves the party island of Ibiza despite the fact it can be as hot as an oven! DJ Feathers is an excuse to use his passport!”

Adrian created Eric 12 years ago and has again written the original song and music and produced the video himself.

He has been writing funny Christmas songs for about 18 years to bring some festive cheer to his family, friends, workmates and growing army of fans.
