After six successful years at Centurion Park on Kendal Road in Shrewsbury, Phil Evans Vehicle Refurbishment has expanded into larger premises on the thriving trade park, marking a key milestone in the company’s growth and success.
Established in 1998, the family-run business has gone from strength to strength since becoming a tenant at Centurion Park, and the move reflects its continued growth and investment in the future, having signed a lease at Centurion Park for another six years.
Owner Phil Evans said: “The last six years have been an incredible journey for our family business. We’re so proud of how much we’ve grown and incredibly grateful to every customer who has trusted us with their vehicle, recommended us to others, and supported us along the way.
“Moving to Unit 10 has given us the opportunity to make a significant investment in the future of the business. Our new premises feature a state-of-the-art spray booth, alongside new equipment and upgraded facilities, enabling us to further enhance both the quality of our work and the service we provide.”
Specialising in car paint and body repairs, the new facility will provide additional capacity to support the company’s growing customer base while offering a modern working environment equipped with the latest technology. Relocating from Unit 7B at Centurion Park, the new unit represents a 26% increase in space, enabling the business to accommodate continued growth and enhance its services.
Toby Shaw, Partner at Towler Shaw Roberts added:
“Centurion Park continues to prove itself an ideal base for ambitious businesses to expand, combining an accessible location with flexible, high-quality units. We are delighted to have worked with Phil Evans, and it is particularly rewarding to see a successful, long-standing local business choose to recommit for a further six years.”
Neil Anderson, Morris Head of Estates said:
“Congratulations to Phil Evans and the entire team on this exciting milestone. We’re delighted to be continuing our relationship with the team as they expand their family business, and we wish them every success in their new premises and look forward to seeing the business continue to thrive in the years ahead.”
