Vintage Vehicle Rally at Attingham Park

Attingham Park is gearing up for the return of the Severn Hospice Classic Car Rally on Sunday 10 August.

Visitors to the National Trust property on the outskirts of Shrewsbury will have the chance to admire a wonderful range of vintage and classic cars lined up in front of the Regency mansion, and chat to their owners between 12pm and 4pm.  Visitors will be able to vote for their favourite car and see the winner do a lap of victory.

Joanne Marlor, Events and Marketing Assistant at Attingham Park said, ‘We’re really pleased to be welcoming Severn Hospice back this year for the Classic Car Rally. Last year’s event was a real success and very much enjoyed by our visitors, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to see some of the rarest vintage vehicles from across the region in a stunning setting.’

There is no extra charge to see the display but normal admission charges apply. National Trust Members and under 5s go free.

Event organisers at the Severn Hospice charity are encouraging classic and vintage vehicle enthusiasts to take part in this unique event. If you’re interested in entering your car please contact Severn Hospice, by completing the entry form on their website: or by phoning 01952 221 35. Registration costs £12 which includes entry to Attingham Park for the driver and passengers and all entry fees go directly to Severn Hospice.
