Shropshire Recruitment Consultancy Undergoes Exciting Expansion

A leading Shropshire recruitment consultancy is celebrating a period of exciting expansion after welcoming a new member of the team and the launch of a brand new service.

Shrewsbury-based Red Recruitment has recently set up a brand new sister division, Red CV Writing, a professional CV writing service to support jobseekers across Shropshire and beyond, and to help support the expansion the firm has taken on a new member of staff to oversee the day-to-day operations of the consultancy.

The new division has been set-up by Red Recruitment’s Director, Meg Murphy, after recognising that many talented individuals were missing out on jobs because they were unable to capture and showcase their skills effectively through their CV. The service allows jobseekers to visit the Shrewsbury-based office for an in-depth consultation to gain a full understanding of their strengths and skills, and for individuals that aren’t based in Shropshire Skype, email, and phone consultations are available.

To facilitate the expansion of the new division, Red Recruitment has taken on Robert Griffiths, a highly-experienced industry professional whose previous role at a specialist recruitment agency in Telford saw him work his way up to become Branch Consultant – coordinating recruitment and headhunting  new talent. Robert will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth running of the firm alongside Recruitment Consultant, Kathryn Tyrpak who has excelled in her role since joining last year.

Meg Murphy explained: “It’s an extremely exciting period of growth for Red Recruitment, not only have we taken on an experienced industry professional to lead the recruitment side but we have also launched Red CV Writing to help support jobseekers that may be struggling to convey their skills on paper – a situation we regularly experience with our candidates.

“With hundreds of individuals battling it out for one job, we wanted to emphasise the importance of an excellent CV, which is essentially the difference between securing a dream job and not. And for those who have obtained an interview, we’ve developed a free interview guide which is available through the website:, to support those who do secure an interview,” Meg concluded.
