It all starts with a step

The NHS describes walking as - ‘simple, free and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier’. Regular walks dramatically reduce the risks of ‘heart disease, type 2 diabetes, asthma, stroke and some cancers.’ So why not design your own route around beautiful Quarry Park. Or join a walking group like walking for health where you can meet other active walking enthusiasts.
