An exhibition of clay sculptures, prints, drawings and photographs recently opened at the Gateway Gallery 3 offers an insight, sometimes literally, into the minds of the artists Paola Alessandri-Gray and Andrew Howarth. Entitled ‘Brainwaves. Memories and images from the mind’s eye’, Paola’s pictures explore the fleeting, unreliable nature of memory, while Andrew’s sculptures give poetic form to some of the struggles of being human.
The exhibition is free and open Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm at the Gateway until 25th Agust.
