Language workshops this summer

Children have the exciting chance to get to grips with a new language this summer holiday! Shrewsbury-based language school Bright Owls are offering both French and Spanish classes, with several dates to choose from!

Parents are encouraged to book the workshop for their children, which will provide a full week of fun and engaging activities. Over the course of five days, young participants will take part in games, songs and other interactive sessions - all of which will collectively explore French or Spanish language and culture.

The last day of each week will present a Fiesta and party-time!

This year, there are three weeks to choose from - with a choice of French or Spanish subject to numbers. The first week available to book is Monday 29th July until Thursday 1st August, followed by Monday 4th until Friday 8th August. Finally, people also have the choice of Monday 11th until Friday 15th August.

Marisa Fernandez of Bright Owls said "Our summer holiday workshops are always popular and this year will be no exception. I really do urge people to book a place for their children as soon as possible." She added "Places cost £63 for each week, with a special sibling rate of only £58."

The sessions will run between 10am and 1:30pm each day. Children should come along with a packed lunch, though lunches can be provided at a small extra cost.
