EASTER BAZAAR this Saturday

Staff at a Shropshire venue are busy making the final preparations for a special Easter themed Bazaar. The unique shopping event is taking place at the Hive Music and Media Centre on Saturday. There will be over 30 individual stalls for people to browse with the best of Shropshire's independent traders on show!

Stall-holders exhibiting for the Easter event include knitwear, baby items, hair accessories, ceramics, greetings cards, scarves, stationary, books, clothes, jewellery, bags, candles and much more.

The Easter Bazaar on Saturday March 30 will offer a diverse selection of interesting stalls, celebrating and showcasing an array of crafts-people and small businesses from across the region. Previous Bazaars at the Hive have drawn in crowds of over 200 people and a similar turnout is anticipated for Saturday's event, which will also feature refreshments from the team at local resturant Eat-Up, based on Milk Street.

Entry to the event is £1 for adults and proceeds from the entry fee will support the Hive's work as a youth arts charity, delivering creative outreach projects and arts opportunities to disadvantaged young people across Shropshire.

Habib Malik-Mansell at the Hive said "The Hive really comes alive as a venue for our seasonal Bazaars and the Easter Bazaar this Saturday should be another fantastic event for all involved. It will give people the opportunity to find that perfect gift with a difference whilst importantly supporting local businesses. The event will also help raise funds to go towards our work with young people in the county. ".

The Easter Bazaar on Saturday March 30 will take place between 10am and 3pm at the Hive which is located on Belmont, just yards from the High Street. For further information call 01743 234970 or visit http://www.hiveonline.org.uk/bazaarevents/
