New Solicitor Joins Lanyon Bowdler's Personal Injury Team

An experienced personal injury solicitor has joined Shrewsbury legal practice Lanyon Bowdler.

Liz Hoskin, who was raised and educated in north Shropshire, is an accredited Senior Litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  Her areas of specialism include claims on behalf of the elderly as a result of abuse or neglect in care homes or hospitals, defective product claims, and complex cases involving accidents at work and road traffic accidents.  Liz qualified as a solicitor in 2001, following which she has worked solely on behalf of injured people.

Neil Lorimer, partner and head of the firm’s personal injury team, said “I am very pleased to welcome a person with Liz’s experience to the department.  She is a valuable addition to the catastrophic brain injury team which continues to go from strength to strength.  It is very important to listen as individuals to victims of brain injury and their family and to introduce them to specialists who can provide support in their rehabilitation.  Liz has excellent listening skills which enable her to assist the seriously injured with solutions, and to piece their life back together.”
