Timber frames business completes letting in Hadnall

The final available storage building at Hadnall’s Old Saw Yard, north of Shrewsbury, has been let to a timber frame construction business.

Tim Bentley, of Bentley Timber Frames Ltd, has agreed a three-year lease for an extensive single-storey storage building at Ladymas Road, Hadnall.

Amie Lingwood, who completed the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “This is a new business which specialises in the manufacturing of time frame panels for the construction industry.

“The premises occupy a convenient location within the highly desirable Sansaw Estate situated just off the A49 close to the village of Hadnall.”

Offering versatile accommodation with front loading doors, it is arranged in an L-shaped configuration.

The storage building had been available to let on a new three-year lease.

TSR also recently completed the letting of a secure compound and premises at The Old Saw Yard to GEWS Ltd, a family owned and operated waste management and drainage services company.
