A pharmacy in north Shropshire has joined the digital age and is offering customers the chance to track their medication with a new app.
Customers of the Pharmacy @ Caxton in Oswald Road, Oswestry, can set reminders to take tablets and reminders for when prescriptions need to be re-ordered.
The 21st century pharmacy already has customers signed up to the Pill Manager app after they adopted the technology at the start of this year.
Superintendent pharmacist John Gentle said: “So many of our customers are people with asthma, eczema, another type of common condition or on the contraceptive pill.

“We subscribed to this app because we feel it will benefit our customers, make their lives easier and help them to keep on top of their medication.”
The app, which can be downloaded in the iPhone app store or on Google Play for Android, can be installed on a mobile phone, tablet or computer.
It connects directly to the pharmacy and keeps a history of all medications taken which can be emailed to a doctor or whoever you wish.
It also allows you to reorder medications anytime and from anywhere.
Mr Gentle added: “This is a big investment for us and we are very excited about being able to offer this to our customers.
“It follows on from our delivery service for prescriptions which aids customers who are unable to get here - it is all about making the customer’s lives easier.
“If anyone has any other ways they feel the service could be improved we would
