New charity shop to open in Shrewsbury's Mardol

A new charity shop supporting Crane Quality Counselling is to open in Mardol in the heart of Shrewsbury town centre.

Crane Quality Counselling have taken on 51-52 Mardol, a substantial three-storey, timber-framed Grade II Listed retail building. Extending to approximately 3,866 sq ft, the premises offer versatile accommodation throughout with a large glazed frontage and recessed entrance.

Amie Lingwood, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: "The property occupies an established retailing position amongst a range of national and independent traders. It has been taken on a six-year lease.”

Crane Quality Counselling, established by a small team of professional and committed local people with a wealth of knowledge in counselling, help those in need within the local community. 

Counsellors are experienced relationship experts and are specially trained to work with people to help resolve their problems.
