An attractive residential park home estate in Shrewsbury has been sold.

Bells Croft at The Mount, which features 30 park home pitches, occupies a well maintained parkland setting on the west side of Shrewsbury and extends in total to approximately 3.036 acres (1.23 hectares).

Toby Shaw, who handled the sale of Bells Croft for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The property has been in the ownership of the same family for a number of years and has been developed in that time to provide 30 park home pitches set in an attractive and well maintained parkland setting.

“The property stimulated a considerable level of interest from both local and national park home operators and has been sold to Maguires Developments who have a number of established parks in Shropshire and the Mid Wales area."
