All homes sold at development in Shrewsbury

Vistry Group has sold all the homes at Linden Homes’ Oteley Gardens development in Shrewsbury, where construction is now coming to an end.

Vistry, which includes Linden Homes, Bovis Homes and Vistry Partnerships, is building 110 new two, three and four-bedroom homes under the Linden Homes brand at the site off Oteley Road.

Freya Halsall, marketing assistant for Vistry Mercia, said: “Oteley Gardens has proved to be a really popular development with buyers right from the start. The fact that all homes have been reserved in advance of the development being completed demonstrates the high level of demand for new housing in this very desirable location.

There is currently a selection of three and four-bedroom Bovis Homes properties available to reserve at Oteley Gardens, starting at £284,995 and £399,995 respectively.
