A Shropshire father is running 200 miles in just one month to raise funds for the neonatal unit which cared for his extremely premature daughter.

Poppy Richards was born at just 24 weeks gestation in 2010. Weighing only 1lb 7oz, she was critically ill and unable to breathe unaided. Although the outlook was bleak, the Neonatal Unit took amazing care of her during her 100 day stay there....
