The Hive in Shrewsbury will soon be hosting a performance of popular children’s classic The Ugly Duckling. The summer holiday puppet show has already proven popular this year with a high number of advance bookings and people are urged to book their tickets soon!
The Ugly Duckling will be performed by acclaimed touring theatre company Sea Legs Puppet Theatre at 2pm on Thursday August 23. The audience will be invited to join in the fun and meet a host of colourful characters, set on the banks of an enchanting river. They can float downstream in a gentle musical adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson’s classic tale of belonging and identity.
Featuring fantastic puppets, brilliant storytelling, fantastic scenery and a delightful new musical score, the show is a must see for little ones and their families!
