Olit, A New Dance-Exercise!

Mayfair is pleased to be able to offer an exciting new dance-exercise class from Italy called Olit. Teacher, Marica says “Olit is a synthesis of tai chi, yoga and pilates set to music. It incorporates the benefits of all three ‘systems’. It will help you to be more aware of the way you move. It reduces joint stiffness, unlocks tense muscles and tones them through stretching. You will become more flexible and the natural breathing involved will de-stress your body. It is also extremely enjoyable! The benefits are: releasing tension, massaging internal organs, improve shortness of breath, strengthen the cardiovascular system, stimulate the nervous system, detoxify the body, improve stamina and vitality and reduce anxiety and stress”. Classes will be held at Mayfair on a Tuesday from 11.30am – 12.30pm, starting on May 19th. The cost is £8 per class, or you can pre-pay 6 x classes for £6.50 a class. To book, or for further information, please contact Marica on 07564929863 or go to www.olit-holistictraining.com for more information.
