Wem poet Ted Eames has a first collection out this month.

Between Me and You is published by Cairn Time Press (£6.00 or £7.50 to include p/p) and is available from the author, contact details below, or from local bookshops, including Pengwern in Shrewsbury, Wenlock Books, Booka in Oswestry, Book Shrop in Whitchurch and The Bookshop in Wem.

Ted’s poems are about the natural world, about relationships, about family and about travel. They are characterised by a sensual use of language and a sharp sense of humour.

The poems are informed by Ted’s life experience as a single parent, as a professional working with psychologically damaged adults and children, and as a seasoned traveller in the wilderness areas of North America.

Ted is a member of the Borders Writing Group and a regular reader at the Poetry Café in Shrewsbury, amongst other venues.

The striking cover painting is by Canadian artist Royden Josephson.

Ted blogs at  www.maintenantmanwordpress.com

He can also be contacted or book orders and readings via email at [email protected]
