Santa Safari at Festive Follies

If you can’t make it to the North Pole this festive season, Hawkstone Park Follies in Shropshire has created a Santa Safari experience the family will never forget. Journey through the mystical woodland to see Santa in his magical hillside grotto and meet the reindeer that will be pulling his sleigh on Christmas Eve.

With both day and twilight experiences starting from Saturday 30th November, families can enjoy a warming festive drink on arrival before departing by Land Rover up into the snowy hills of the historic landscape. Pass under the Wishing Arch before arriving at Santa’s spectacular network of caves.

Cheeky elves will be waiting to greet visitors as they wander through the fairy-lit caverns and tunnels on route to Santa’s grotto, where children can meet the big man himself and receive a gift before saying hello to Rudolf and the other reindeer. Back at the hotel, guests can tuck into some mince pies or indulge in the full festive menu.

Park Manager Caroline Wellon says, “The Santa Safari is a chance to create a lasting memory for children at this magical time of year. What makes this experience unique is its real setting, and the park with its natural sense of history and adventure really brings the spirit of the season to life”.
