Prize presented at show home property

The winner of a competition run by Shrewsbury developers Galliers Homes has been presented with her prize.

Ellen Ziola, of Sundorne, entered the online competition run by Galliers, who recently opened a site at The Mount, Shrewsbury.

Ellen visited the Darwins Wood development to view the new properties there and receive her prize of a framed Shrewsbury Town FC shirt, two complimentary tickets for a home game and £100 of Marks and Spencer vouchers.

“We were pleased to show Ellen around the new show home at Darwins Wood and present her with the goodies at the same time,” said Andy Gough, sales and marketing director of Galliers Homes.

Darwins Wood, off Ingleby Way, features a stylish range of 27 three, four and five-bedroom homes.

They are finished to an exacting specification, with high quality kitchens, bathrooms and en suites and the properties also have good-sized rear gardens and patio areas.

“Darwin’s Wood enjoys a superb location in a much sought after area of Shrewsbury and we have been delighted with the response from customers, with several homes being reserved already,” said Andy.

Prices for the three, four and five bedroom detached properties, which all have an en suite master bedroom and garage, start at £260,000 and go up to £600,000.

The show home is now open and appointments to view are being made through Galliers’ marketing hub in Bellstone, Shrewsbury, which provides customers with an innovative and interactive experience for purchasing properties, using the latest cutting-edge touch-screen technology.
