Pop up restaurant Telford

For Martyn, a 23-year-old freelance chef starring in his own pop up restaurant will be a dream come true since a young age.

The former Thomas Telford pupil, who only started his business three months ago is launching his own restaurants in the form of pop ups.

Martyn said: “My passion has always been in catering and working with some of the best local produce that can be found and shropshire has that in abundance.
“I have sold everything, including my car, to launch the business and with the help of numerous organisations including Telford Council and individual councillors such as Mr Sean Davies I have enough capital and helped with the premises as i rent a local community centre with a professional kitchen which has helped to get the company off the ground.”

“I was also invited to the start up food festival where i was introduced to industry specialists and was able to see the way a large city such as London is able to operate. We will shortly be announcing the location and menu but in keeping with the support we have received we will look to use community locations and local suppliers to help re invest in the local area”
