Morris Property's Abbey Lawn Office Park Undergoes Internal Transformation

Morris Property’s popular Abbey Lawn development has recently benefitted from investment to some of its internal suites, creating a number of contemporary and spacious new style offices to let.

The Park, located on the edge of the town centre, is within easy walking distance of Shrewsbury’s wide variety of shops, cafes and local amenities.  Tenants enjoy not only the light, well appointed and modern office layouts but also the attractively landscaped grounds and generous onsite parking.

Many organisations are either looking to consolidate multiple offices to one location or rationalise space in order to move forward. The newly available offices at Abbey Lawn have been created with this in mind as they offer flexibility in terms of space and layout with fresh, contemporary design features and redesigned internal and external signage.

Liz Lowe, Head of Estates at Morris Property believes the newly refurbished suites offers something different in a difficult office  market commenting: " This development is renowned as an impressive location at which a wide range of successful businesses have already established and grown their operations.

"The classic Georgian style of the building with its elegant proportions, stone quoins and statement entrances provides a great first impression to visiting clients. Through this latest phase of refurbishment we have evolved the look and feel of the suites to provide eye catching design features to create the ideal professional space."

Abbey Lawn has generous parking provisions and is in close proximity to bus and rail links as well as cafes, bistros and nearby retailers such as Home Bargains and Asda whilst Wyle Cop is a five minute walk away.
