London, Sydney and ... Shrewsbury – Three’s a Croud

International Search Agency, Croud, with offices in London and Sydney, has found its perfect Midlands home in Shrewsbury at Morris Property’s prestigious Abbey Lawn development.

The impressive offices in Observer House at Abbey Lawn, recently refurbished to a premium standard, now house the innovative digital and marketing team from Croud.

Founded in April 2011, Croud is a new style of digital marketing agency offering search, social and pay-per-click (PPC) services and utilises its dynamic team of experts to drive client campaigns. The company was created with a remit of challenging the way search was delivered for customers to ensure tangible results, positive ROI and ultimately customer satisfaction.

In the past year the company has significantly grown with 40 employees and a global presence. It has offices in London, Shrewsbury and Sydney, and has become Google’s fastest growing independent agency.

Jon Ditchburn, PPC Operations Director at Croud said: “We have found Morris Property a pleasure to deal with. Not only were Morris Property extremely helpful with the initial agreement, they were flexible when it came to additional building requirements and they continue to support us with their customer service team. We are proactively looking to a continued expansion plan for our business here at Croud and we needed the floor space to be able to expand over the next 18 – 24 months.

“We were able to unite the two newly re-furbished suites (5 & 6) in Observer House to give us the growth potential in the one suite for housing the entire account management team in an open plan area, and the second giving us the flexibility for meeting room capabilities as well as break out areas for the all staff, which is something we feel is extremely important.

“Croud would absolutely, without doubt, work with Morris Property again and we look forward to a fruitful relationship with the business over the coming years as we go from strength to strength.”

Liz Lowe from Morris Property was delighted to work with Jon Ditchburn from Croud to ensure the internal layout and fit out perfectly matched this growing business’s requirements: “With 17 in the Shrewsbury Croud team, they needed a peaceful and creative environment not too far from the town centre. Abbey Lawn mixes the old with the new, offering a cosmopolitan cafe culture, fit for businesses in the marketing industry. We found them the ideal space of over 2,300 sqft, with two interconnecting suites and with Observer House featuring the green walls and state of the art washrooms, the offices have a light and airy feel.”
