The Consultant Manager in ITSM ISO/IEC 20000 exam (ITSM20CM) is a test that centers on the ability of the candidate to assess service management systems (SMS) requirements for enterprises and select, implement and maintain or support SMS, all within ISO/IEC 20000 protocols and standards.
