Watch What They Eat

Diet is vitally important to keep your child healthy. They are growing literally overnight so their bodies need great nutrition to give them plenty of energy.

Make sure that your kids get a wide variety of foods including: protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. As parents it’s tempting to think we have to schedule every hour of our kids’ days but boredom can actually lead to creativity. An hour or two daydreaming or filled with painting, writing or some creative play, is time well spent and it is very beneficial for a child’s development.
