Bubble Football At Shrewsbury Town FC

After giving the lads a quick demo and some safety points they were quick to get into the swing of things and their competitive spirit came to the front at times! The players weren't allowed too long away from training, but they did manage to have a try at our game "The gauntlet". We adapted it from the tv show, gladiators where one challenger has to run through or round the five others in front of him who line up one by one in order to get to the other side. Ryan Woods nifty footwork was very impressive here!

They all had great fun, perhaps a little too much fun sometimes as Micky Mellon could be heard in the background every few minutes saying: "Go steady lads!" A big thanks to Micky Mellon for letting this happen and Jamie Edwards from Shrewsbury Town Comunity Trust who are in Partnership with West Midlands Bubble Football.

West Midlands bubble Football are hosting the counties first bubble football tournament at Powerleague Shrewsbury Sunday 14th December. Places are still available, check the website to get in touch www.wmbubblefootball.co.uk or call 07771505539.
