Local Firm Celebrates Two Year Anniversary

A local security company is celebrating the second anniversary of one of its dedicated employees, who joined the firm as an apprentice in 2012.

Chloe Humphreys of Shropshire-based Taybar Ltd has marked a hugely successful two years at the firm, which saw her study for Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration, whilst also taking on the full-time role of Office Administrator.

Steve Taylor, Managing Director of Taybar Ltd, explained: “Chloe is a huge asset to our team and we’re thrilled with the progress she’s made over the past two years, taking on additional and often more challenging responsibilities within her role. She’s also passionate about developing her skills within not only an office environment, but as part of the wider security industry too which is just fantastic to see.”

After completing her Business Administration Apprenticeship in just 18 months, Chloe’s role now involves manning the telephones, data inputting, invoicing, vehicle monitoring, and rota management.

Chloe Humphreys, Office Administrator, added: “The team at Taybar have always been hugely supportive, and I’ve been given the opportunity to continue my learning with a series of internal and external training and development courses. I’ve gained a huge amount of experience during my time at Taybar and look forward to developing my career in the months and years to come.”

As one of the leading security service providers in the Midlands, based in Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton, Taybar provides services including keyholding, alarm response, manned guarding and security patrols across the commercial, industrial, government and private sector.
