Local Firm Wins Property Award

A leading estate agent in Bridgnorth has picked up a top accolade at a prestigious property awards ceremony in London.

Nock Deighton, which has offices in Telford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge and Ludlow won the five-star award for the Best Real Estate Agency in Shropshire, at the annual International Property Awards held at the renowned London Marriot Hotel Grosvenor.

The judging panel included 60 experts from across the property sector, and saw residential and commercial property firms across the UK battle it out in the regional heats.

The winners from each region across the UK will be re-judged by a highly experienced panel of professionals, along with other regional finalists, from the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and Arabia, in a bid to determine the world’s best property companies. These will be announced at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday 7th December.

Michael Nettleton, Director of Nock Deighton, said: “Winning this award is a great triumph for us, and to be recognised by our peers in such a way is a testament to the exceptional standards delivered by our staff. Competing with the world’s best companies is a huge achievement in itself, and is now just a case of keeping our fingers-crossed until the global winner is announced at the awards evening in December.”
