Shropshire woman launches digital agency

A Shropshire woman has taken the step to launch her own digital marketing agency.

Demi Lee (24), is the founder of Storrie and Day, specialising in providing digital solutions to start-ups and fully established brands.

Born in Shrewsbury and educated in Bridgnorth, Demi started her career as an apprentice in the creative industry seven years ago

“I was determined to pursue a profession in design - undergoing my apprenticeship at the same time as taking my A levels at Bridgnorth Endowed School, so working part-time in the day and catching up on my studies in the evening,” she explained.

Demi has since gained wide experience in the sector, being employed by a large Shropshire consultancy and then a London-based branding agency as a digital designer.

“After working with a variety of clients for the past year, ranging from cosmetic specialists to house builders, I decided the time was right to launch my own agency,” she said.

“Storrie and Day will be providing digital solutions such as websites, eCommerce facilities, email marketing and social media services.

“I have a circle of skilled associates in London and Shropshire who I will be working in partnership with.

“My company name is a combination of family names and its strapline is ‘Creating stories in the enigmatic digital day’ and this is what I aim to provide for my clients.

“It is very exciting to be launching my own agency and I am really looking forward to helping other brands evolve in the exciting digital marketplace.”

Demi added: “I have even taken on my first employee, Aida the office dog, who will be keeping me company as I develop my business.”
